ALFA MGC

ALFA MGC (Mobile Grain Complex) is a mobile grain complex with capacity from 80 till 150 t/h. Grain cleaning machine ALFA MGC is very flexible and can therefore be used for different purposes. First of all ALFA MGS feeds the grain from the field into feed hopper by using an infeed conveyor. Then it cleans the grain from big and light particles and after that discharges the cleaned grain into auto transport facilities.

ALFA

GAMMA is an aspiration unit for separation of glume and impurities with different aerodynamic quality. GAMMA is a good supplement for all screen machines.

Receiving group

Receiving group of ROMAX enables   fail-safe equipment functionality in different terms and conditions of use.

Receiving group consists of raw material inlet hopper out of auto transport facilities.  You can use different types of auto transport: side-dump truck, end- dump truck and drop-side truck.

We can also provide you with receiving group out of railroad transport, chain conveyor or scraper chain conveyor.

Receiving  group  is  equipped  with  truck  tipper strong grating floor, designed for passage of vehicles and prevention of intrusion of foreign bodies inside the construction, conveyors capacity alignment system.

Elevator tower

Supporting metalware is made for power-drive station service. All this equipment is correspond with industrial safety and fire safety standards. Metalware has bolted- on connection and is made of zinc-plated profiled metal which is very strong. There are inclined ladder with guards and platforms for the rest inside the tower. There are different types of towers for bucket elevators where you can place up to 8 machines.

Additional platforms and reinforcement of the gallery are optional.

Bucket elevators

Bucket elevators of ROMAX are suitable for the vertical conveyance of granular material. The capacity is 5 – 2 500 t/h. The elevators are made for industrial needs and it means that they are robust and long- live. All the elevators are made of   top-level spare parts. Filling hopper, upper head cover and discharge chute are equipped with a polymeric plate. Thus the operating life becomes longer and the material isn’t damaged during the conveyance.

All the elevators are equipped with buckets by STIF (France). The construction of the buckets provides the increase in nominal capacity up to 10-15%.

High-impact belt can resist a load from 400 N/mm till 1 600 N/mm.

Chain conveyors

Chain conveyors of ROMAX are suitable for the horizontal conveyance of granular material (angle of slop is no more than 70). The capacity is 5 – 2 500 t/h. The elevators are made for industrial needs and it means that they are robust and long-live.

Power drive   station with axle gear moor has an enhanced service factor index. It means that the conveyor is fail-safe in different conditions of use.

The bottom of the conveyor is equipped with a polymeric plate which thickness is 10 mm. It elongates the operating life of chain conveyor and minimizes the damages of the material during the conveyance.

The basic completing units of the machine: speed sensor, chain interruption sensor, level limit switch, filling and discharge.

Optional: flow-regulating valve, which is used for supplying the materials in 2 and more directions.

Scraper conveyors ROMAX are designed for horizontal and inclined (with lifting up to  30°) displacement of bulk materials.

The scraper conveyors ROMAX, producing from 5 to 1,500 m3/h, are designed and manufactured in industrial design.

ROMAX  belt  conveyors  (type  B)  are  made  for horizontal conveying of bulk products.

It can be used in agricultural and chemical industry, while handling with mineral commodities.
